Some fact you should know about low-carb diet


      Introduction about low-carb: Low-carb diet in which we consume less carb and high amount of fat and protein in our daily meal. It does not mean you just avoid taking carbs you should take minimum amount of carb 50-100 grams (200-400 calories) per day. (1 gram= 7.7161 calories)

How to calculate your carbs: Formula: (Total carbs – Fiber – ½ The cabs from sugar alcohol) = Net carbs
 Precaution: You should not strictly follow if you have any physically issues like diabetes, high blood pressure or you are feeding your child from your breast.



     Food you can eat in low-carb diet: There are many foods which you can eat while you are in low-carbs diet. In your food must be high protein, fiber, fat. Food which you consume should be below 5% carbs like eggs, meat, red meat, fish, cheese etc.
Avoid more quantity: pasta, junk food, soda, chocolate, candy, rice, white bread, beer etc.




    Low-carb diet benefit for weight loss: When you consume low-carbs food your metabolic state in which your body start running through fat energy which suppress your appetite that will be help to weight loss. Insulin is also important factor because if its level will be increase then your body store excess calories as a fat. It means imbalance of insulin level is not good for weight loss.



      Side effect on low carb diet :  If you suddenly stop taking  carb you will suffer from various temporary health issues  like headache, bad breath, weakness, cramp, fatigue, constipation and if you do it for long term they will also effect the vitamin and mineral deficiencies, bone loss and also aggravated  the symptom of  various chronic diseases.




     Cure of low carb efficiency: You should decrease the carb intake slowly day by day or a week which will help your body to adopt the change. If you are feeling weakness or any other health issues. you can take half teaspoon of salt in 500ml of water. It will reduce all side effect and weakness in 20-30 minute do it for first week till your body accept the change. Proper food with low carb diet which contain fat and protein which will satisfy you and feel energetic.
