5 tips you should know before join the gym



1       Be confident: when any beginner start going gym, they should not hesitate to ask for any help like weight lifting related issues, diet related issues, which workout effect on your body part etc. every bodybuilder had also phased this situation so be cool and don’t need to take any tension or fear.



         Increase your immunity step by step:  generally, it’s seen that beginner start work out with advance level. Some beginner starts self-workout without taking any advice of trainer or any bodybuilder.  So, it is not a proper way because will be damage your body part like bone, muscles, joints etc. start with cardio for warmup then do strength training like dips, chin-up, bar dips etc. at least a week. After clear this basic warmup for your muscles then you can do your normal routine weightlifting with the help of certified trainer of your gym.



      Do workout with dedication: generally, its seen that many beginners are not focus on their workout and they do time pass with mobile, gossips. But you should stay focus and do your workout properly and if you are not sweating at the end of your workout you are not doing it properly.



       Wright down your progress report: always note your progress because its important to know that what changes in your body till now. You should wright all little activity like timing, diet plan, daily routine etc.



    Eat at least 60-70 grams of protein : protein is very useful to gain muscles for every bodybuilder. It converting amino acid to proteins to repair your body and rebuild your muscles. Food sources of protein is red meat, egg, dairy product, chicken etc.






You can follow below diet plan:

Breakfast meals- 5-6 boil eggs, milk, oats.

Mid-morning snack-whey protein, 1-2 banana, cheese.

Lunch-chicken breast, brown rice, milk

Mid-afternoon- whey protein, apple, peanut butter.

Evening snack- hand full of walnut, almond

Dinner-steak, milk, potatoes, broccoli

Before bed- whey protein
